Zhejiang Silicon Paradise Asset Management Group, the subsidiary of HSC, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Shanghai Win & Shengjia Asset Management Co., Ltd on January 11, 2017. This agreement amounted 10 billion RMB, including a 5 billion special asset investment fund and a 5 billion debt restructuring fund.
